To stop unwanted sms messages

My mobile Number is 9448853494.(BSNL PREPAID). I am getting unwanted sms messages such as jokes, munna jokes, download ring tones music etc. which is disturbing me and irritating me. Being a working woman, I am very busy at home and Office. Please stop this unwanted messages sending to my mobile, mostly from 5888, causing loss of money from my mobile a/c... Kindly take immediate action in this regard. I have tried many times to contact Bsnl Costermer care complaints cell, but nil response.
