Deeduction of balance

Dear Sir,

I had my mobile recharged on 5/03 and got balance of Rs 200/- but it was deducted by Rs 100/- on 9/03 by unknown reason. I have tried to contact the customer service but got no response. Please send my complaint to concerned authorities. Thanks
