Landline phone problem

I am one of unfortunate customer (Varsha Saran) whose land line phone 27040102 is not working properly since more than 6 months by now.

There is always regular disturbances while making calls that the other person is not able to hear properly.

Whenever, we tried to complain in our wadgaon sheri office, we are getting reply's that there is cable problem and nobody try to solve it. They come check n go with no ultimate solution. Its been carrying on like this for 7 months. And of course nobody provide any reference to refer!!!

However bills are raised regularly and paid without fail!!!

I need your intervention and help to get assurance when the earliest the problem will be fixed and how the money collected will be adjusted.
