Land Phone Disconnected

Sirs,

My Name is Ashok Kumar Khound of Guwahati and I have a landphone with BB of BSNL bearing the No. 0361-2229293. All the bills werepaid on due date. Bill for January paid in frebruary 24th within the due date and the february bill also paid on 22nd February11. But my phone and BB has been disconnected from last four days. When I call from outside I heard the voice messege " This Telephone No. Temporarily out of service. Following receipt nos are given for your kind information and necessary action.

RECEIPT NO.(PAYMENT).:KMR3010424021100013 Rs.568.00 dtd.24.02.2011 For Rs568.00 cash

RECEIPT NO.(PAYMENT).:KMR3010422031100001 Rs. 546.00 dtd. Dt.22.03.2011 for Rs.546.cash

So Iwould like to request you kindly look into the matter and ask them reconnect my telephone
