I requested for mnp from bsnl to tata docomo on 14 march. MY MOBILE NO WAS 9452987259..My upc code was BE488482.But bsnl rejected my port out saying that my mobile balance is negative. The fact is I had 3.91INR in my mobile balance. Also bsnl blacklisted my no.

I just want my mobile no be ported out from BSNL TO TATA DOCOMO.
