Droop internet connection in 5 min

Dear sir

many time i complait bsnl that my brodband connection line is droop under 5 min when i use internet, but no one can response me in sultanpur's bsnl office, thay said thad u do to chang your t.phone pair from dp . i do that but it have no work for my problm

plz i requesting you that keep my brodband imiditly ok
