BSNL Landline Connection

I Have shifted to the new house in Regency Estate, which is a town ship holding around approx. 2500 families without landlines.

I approached the Dombivli Telephone Exchange [MIDC] for getting a new wired landline connection and the authorities bluntly replied that we cannot provide you any connection there as we don't have wired connection there.

I was stunned by the reply. It was very pale and not so good reply.

If any BSNL authority is reading this, just want to ask you a question that don't you want to grow? as 2500 connections are awaiting for a BSNL landline.
