Land line not working

Inspite of repeated reminders and complaints, my residence landline number (0373-2383352) has been un serviceable for the last 15 days. I lodged few complaints on consumer forum. An official called up from Delhi to enquire on this issue but there has been no progress.

No dial tone or internet connection.

I have called up the following numbers of BSNL but it has been of no use.

The officals are absolutely cold to any complaint. They wont pick up just assure that it would be done the next day.. etc...
