Applied for new land line, but not installed since 10 days

TO WHOM SO IT MAY CONCERN

Dear Sir / Madam

I have applied for BSNL Land line 10 days back and as per the policy this needs to be installed within 2 working days, I got a call from bsnl office that every thing is good as far as application and formatlities are concerned, and enquired about my address. However even with repeated requests, I did not get the phone installed.

Please help!!!
