BSNL Phone dead for past 7 months

Hello,

Our BSNL Landline phone has not been working properly for last 7 months. We have registered so many complaints, written so many emails, met so many telecom department offficials but for the past 7 months, we are neither able to make any call nor use broadband. We have paying bills unduly to BSNL.

Please advise how should we get our phone fixed and how should we wake up these sleeping authorities from their slumber.
