Landline Dead

My residential line is dead most of the times. Unless I take time and go and complain in person it does not get fixed. Once fixed, it mearly lasts for 1-2 weeks and then it is back to the same old issue.

My residential number 91 20 2687 0006 in Sus Road, Pashan, Pune is dead for the past 3 weeks.

Complaint docket number is 000252. No action is taken since it has been logged other than closing my docket without fixing my problem.

When I called the general numebr, I am told that the cable has a fault and to call Mr. Chaudhary who does not pick up his phone - 9422004680.
