Land Line Not working for almost a yea

My Land line telephone (044) 2440 3530 is not working properly for the last 2 years.

It is not working completely since June and repeated complaints are unilaterally closed by BSNL with out rectifying the fault. Their is no confirmation system with the customer. The culprits are getting away with murder.

When some body rings it appears to be working but the the tlephone at my home is dead. this is really embarasing for me as well.

This no is very familier with my friends, releatives and collegues and I am frustarted at the attitude
