THE CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL ARE VERY UNTRAINED AND THEY DON'T KNOW THAT HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER.
I AM RECENTLY SWITCH MY NUMBER FROM AIRTEL TO BSNL, BUT I DONT KNOW THE BEHAVIOUR OF THERE CUSTOMER CARE.
I AM VERY MUCH UN SATISSFIED BY THE SERVICE THAT THEY ARE GIVING AND ALSO THE NETWORK IS SOOOOOOOOO POOR.
