Unjustified call rate and SMS charges

My mobile number is 9433438908. I have been using POWER for decreasing call rates as well as using SMS card and both are within the validity period till date. As a result I am entitled to enjoy rate Rs. 0.49 both for outgoing local call and SMSs.

But since 10/May the provider is deducting Rs. 0.90 for local calls and Rs. 0.80 for local SMSs.

Please intervene and do the needful.
