Forge balance deduction

I use bsnl preepaid mobile service my mob no 9452079632 i recarge my mobile with rs 55 on 20 may and i reciveve cureect amount . after this i make only one call and today 21 may i see my balance then my balace is 14.60, so many amount deduct in my balance without any resion . so i reuest to you please refund my balace atonce.
