Not following DND rule

I had sent sms to activate DND service on 31st march. I was told it will be activited after 45 days. But after 45 days also I am getting same commercial messages. I complained to bsnl help center . complain no E18as30589. But no respond. I am getting sms from LM-DEalSNu, BV-55666, BV-59595, ETC Please take necessary steps. My mobile no is 9435251307 [pre paid]
