Unauthorised charges

I have been being harrased by unauthorised charges time and again. I have already made complaints earlier also. Recently about 2-3 days back I was charged for Hello Tunes, which was never requested. Now today also I have been charged for talking to Amitabh Bachhan on 27th September, which I never reqiested. Please look into it and stop cheating like thisand refund me the charges already deducted twice.
