Oadband plan change

Apply for broadband plan change from 250 rural area to 500 rural area unlimited plan . i apply on 28 may they not change my broadband plan but they reduce the broadband speed for 250 rural area plan speed is 512 kbps to 2mbps they reduce speed less then 500 kbps. so many time visit bsnl office TANDA URMAR . but nothing gain. still wating for broadband plan change . my phone no. 01886266437 mobile no. 9417757241
