Unecessary deduction of balnce

My name is RS Krishnan and i have registered in this website through my son's email id. BSNL people are great frauds they just send messages to unsubscribe certain packages like laughter pack which are not even subscribed by us. But when they tell to unsubscribe packages we do the procedure as mentioned but either the message sending fails or else the number in which we are supposed to call and unsubscribe is not reachable. They deliberately make some faults in the network so that the message or the call is not reachable and hence they deduct money from our balance. Its only RS. 20 but that's not an issue but this RS 20 will go to 200 if no voice is raised. Such people should be questioned otherwise

they will give a humble start doing the frauds and end up in involving in major frauds. my no. is 9470155900
