Sir,

I have not used internet connection for a single day on the above mentioned phone. I even dont know how to use it. Neither I was informed that my connection is provided with internet connection nor provided Cable/Modem to connect it with computer. I only came to know about it through bill which I paid for six month from 16 September to 2nd April. I paid this bill unknowingly and my phone was disconnected several time for non payment of bill. It was written PDSS charges I even didnot understood what charges it is. Kindly reimburse all the money I paid as internet charges to BSNL, Ghaziabad.
