Disconnected Since 19/10 and permanently settlement with outstanding bills (bill no is 93334930 and bill date was 04/05, and another bill no is 97270746, bill date was 04/09),
i have visited Account officer (Cash) BSNL, GMTD, Siliguri, customer Service Center but he refused to considered my complaint he said to me, firstly, i have to meet with JTO at Sevoke Road Exchange Office and i had visited over there.but JTO was not at office, i had visited so many times then could be meet with JTO, sevoke road exchange, but JTO also refused to considered my complaints, JTO said to me, contact to Account Department and written a settlement letter with A/C Officer, when i moved to A/C Officer, the Officer refused to give me settlement letter, A/C officer said to me, its not a our Section, it was a Technical flout, and said moved to JTO sevoke road exchange office, so now i totally confused what to do, no one can settlement my complaint, the officers don't want to settle my complaint, they only wastages of my vital time, and Every two months bill is issues, So please take the necessary steps against the all the meter which is happened with me...
