Chargeing without even asking

My name is Ashok Sengupta. I am customer of airtel since 5 years. Every time they charge for their services with out even asking.

this time i downloaded airtel tv from website. first they gave some free minutes then suddenly next day they charged me 150 rupees without even my concent.

their customer representative also did not answer accurately and told me thatif i download airtel tv i will be charged with this amount by automatic subscription.

even saw the rules were different in their website.
