Meanless services activated in my numbe

I wnt 2 tell u somethng abt bsnl company...

i did not activated any services (except caller tunes services) bt however many services activated automaticly nd my mobile balance is also less...

and i m also callng bsnl customer care's number bt they are never seems...

what can i do..tell me plzz
