Not repairing the landline and broadband after too many complaints also

This is to registering complaint about not providing the timely services by BSNL, Baihar Telephone Exchange. I am the BSNL landline as well as broadband customer. My BSNL no. is 07636-275710. I reside at rural area o Balaghat district. My BSNL landline is not working properly since last 6 months. Whenever I do complaints, no proper services are provided. And if it starts working, it only worked for 1-2 days out of 7 days of a week. Due to these disturbances I am not able to use the services for which I am regularly paying (500 broadband internet charges phone rental charges) The local Paraswada Telephone Exchange employee is saying that the repairment of line is not in their hands but they have informed to Baihar Telephone Exchange 4-5 times orally and also submitted written application. When I talk to Baihar Telephone Exchange Office they start explaining and giving excuses but not saying about its repairment. In the past also I talk this to SDTO as my outstanding bill was much but I am not able to use services. He assured for the services and said to deposit the bill. I deposited Rs 3086 on 25 June. But after depositing it also the situation is worst. Today when I said him that BSNL is not able to provide services so then disconnect the connection, I will take another company's connection. He agreed upon that. So this is the condition of the BSNL services in rural India. Then why BSNL is claiming for its best servicesw. I here claimed for my last six month's bill to the company.
