Amount deduction in bsnl gsm sim

Respected Sir,

I am Sudhanshu Bhushan, i have a complain regarding amount deduction of rupees 10 every month without any service subscription of hamshakal service in bsnl sim 9425568158

Sir I requested many times in costumer service, how to get rid of this problem. But I didn't got any solution. So after many trials as a last option I'm conveying this message. Please do the needful.
