Deduction of money

This is chandan saha from kalyani.i am a bsnl user... i had prepaid connection having number 9433814997.

for long time some cricket news has been activated without any intimation.and for each and every message money is being deducted from my balance.i called customer care ample number of times..but no solution..even i had visited bsnl office... but all in vain...

kindly do the needful at your end.
