Unwnted sms& balance reduction

Respected Sir/Madam,

I m unable to unsubscribe to the SMS service of 12555 which deducts my prepaid balance by Rs. 15 to 30 every month and sending devotional SMS. I have not subscribed to this service. BSNL have started sending SMS by itself. Please ask BSNL to stop this service on my mobile number : 9440933261
