BSNL
Undue delay in providing land line connection

1. I applied for Land line connection with broadband facility to BSNL, Secunderabad on 01 Jul 11. Till date no connection has been provided and the JTO when being contacted promises to give the connection by evening everyday.

2. A payment of Rs 500/- was made on 01 Jul 11 and the order no given on receipt is 13904314617.

3. Being a Defence officer I went for BSNL connection since it is also a Govt service provider. This undue delay is not understood and would like my money to be refunded with penalty.
