REGARDING EXCESS BILL

I have a telephone connection of BSNL No. 0172-2625245 installed at my residence at house No. 5672-A, Sector 38-West, Chandigarh. For the last five six months, the previous balance was shown in my Bill as payable whereas I have deposited at the bills in time. Whenever I go to deposit the bill the official say that it`s a computer error and the shown me the remarks on the bill that “Pay current bill amount only if the previous telephone bill amount has already been paid. “ Your bill will be rectified.

Now I have received another bill for the invoice period 1.05.11 to 31.05.11. I am surprised that previous balance in my current bill. I have visited your sector 37 office. They told me to go to sector 34. The sector 34 officials could not satisfy me and asked to deposit the bill.

You are, therefore requested to look into the matter and rectified my bill immediately otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.
