Connection

It is almost a year since we moved to Greater Noida, sector Zeta, and since the beginning have applied for BSNL landline, have been to the head-office, talked to the authorities concerned, they have visited the site and promised that we will get connection soon but till today we are without connection. We are elderly couple living alone, aged 86 and 73, feel that without phone line we are handicapped and in any emergency there will be great problem as the mobile phone also does not function well in this area. Shall be grateful if the authorities will understand the situation and help us soon.
