Insufficient mobile network

Sir this is rajeev agrawal from narayan patna

i am having a problem that sir

here in my territory we are having more than 25000 bsnl users

and we are having only 1 bsnl service provider

also here insufficient electricity supply

for which the persons of this respective department did not provide us mobile service

so i am requesting you to please provide another bsnl network

and due to illeteracy of general public these fellows doesnot provide us sufficient service

kindly help us
