NON FUNCTIONAL OF TELEPHONES No. 0755-287 & 0755-9229

Non Functional of Telephones No. 0755-2879229 & 0755-2879432:

The above telephones are still non-functional despite of complaints to the authorities concerned, though the bills are being regularly paid through Bill Desk even during the months of non-functionality.

The matter was brought to the notice GM TELEPHONE OF BSNL but without any tangible result. This is a serious deficiency in Service. Would the consumer Forum Bhopal would take cognizance into the matter.
