Over Billing

I have been regulary paying my BSNL Telephone Bill for my residential Telephone, No. 0120-2659713, installed at B-67, II Floor, Parsv Nath Paradise, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad07. For the Bill Of July a Debit amount of Rs. 5248/ - has been shown, totalling the Monthly Bill to Rs. 6295/-, which I have paid By Ch. No. 608569, of Syndicate Bank, on 30th August. But I am not aware of this Debit amount of Rs. 5248/- plus Taxes, since I have been regulary been paying my Telephone Bill.
