Landline not working since last 15 days

I am having landline connection of BSNL since last 10 years. But my phone stopped working due to heavy rains which occurred. I have complained many times and also visited the BSNL Office 4-5 times but the response from them is highly intolerable. I'am sorry to say if these will be the condition continued soon they have to shut down there company...
