Deactivation of CallerTune

My BSNL mobile no. is 9475814661. Before one week i requested to deactivate the Caller Tune which is not ear-pleasing. Till now it's processing as i informed by the Customer care executive. i don't know how long they'll take to deactivate this service. they activate the service instantly but for deactivation taking perpetual time. it's also to be noted that on 15.09.11 i'll be charged Rs.30/- for the service as I've got an SMS today.
