Deactivation of CallerTune

Sir,

My BSNL mobile NO. is 9475814661. On 06.06.11 I've made a complaint having Sl. No. I06WB969427 regarding deactivation of ear-displeasing Caller Tune (I've not chose that song). Till now it's under processing as i've been informed by the Customer care executive, today. It's astonishing that CT was activated instantly, but for deactivation taking perpetual time. Today i've received an SMS about auto-renewal date of CT i.e. on 15.09.11 and chargeable amount is Rs.30/-. Pl. help me.
