Alance deducted

My balance was deducted 36 rupees. i did not activate any service or call anyone. when i called customer care for continously 3 days, they said they had technical problems and cant retrieve my details and on the third day they said that my balance was not at all deducted. this is happening for the 4th time in 6 months.
