Landline not working

Dear Sir,

I live in Evershine City, vasai (East) EC 23 A/101, My landline No 2460594, is not working again. I spoke to the linesman Mr Natekar; he came repaired and charged Rs 50/- However there is no outgoing calls. I wonder whetehr this is a money making racket; happens to all pople all the time. Earlier I had made a similar complaint on this forum and my phone was reconnected within 24 hours. May I request yout o do the needful
