UNABLE TO PORT OUT

Dear Sir,

My name is Prem and my Mobile number is 91 8089999661, this is a Bsnl number, now i want to port out from BSNL, I have send PORT 8089999661 to 1900 Five (5) times, Each time they deducted 50 paise per sms but the message failed to deliver. Till now i didn't receive the unique port out code, I have contacted Bsnl customer Care but their response was very bad and they disconnected the call.so its a humble request to do the needful.
