Complain regarding unknown charges which i never suscribe

Sir.

I am a bsnl post paid suscriber. My no. is 9435119892. I found in last few months bill you are charging few unknown charges which i never suscribe. My bill shows they are charging for MT SMS and SDP USAGE which I never suscribe from my side. I want whatever amount being deducted in last six month be refunded and i hope in future they will stop this unethical practice of business.
