Landline Shifting

Sir,

I was using a BSNL landline (0422-2457865) for more than 15 years, now i have shifted to my new home near by, I have made a request for shifting in BSNL (saibaba colony) office before 2 months but still nothing was done & when enquired them the responsiple person Mr. Duraisamy P (JE or SDE), the particular person was very casual & doesnt even has courtesy to say to sit & treated us so badly, he has asked us to cancel the line. He doesnt know what the solution is & asked to take a new connection. Because of these kind of useless persons BSNL is getting bad name in the society.
