Lost my mobile/sim card

I lost my mobile/BSNL sim card with number: 9445533713 on 20th Nov while on roaming in Hyderabad. But the sim card was taken in Tamilnadu. I tried to reach BSNL many ways to block this number but unable to get the help from BSNL on this. Kindly block this number with immediate effect as the number should not be misused by someone for wrong reasons.
