Often disconnection of Service

We have a BSNL Landline with number 04171-244186. For the last 5 years, we have faced lots of issues with the connection and the BSNL employees will come and rectify after a long invitations.

They are not changing the cables, inturn clubbing up the wires and they are not putting the tapes; due to this when the wall is wet, we feel earth/current in our body.

Now we are facing another issue like, we are able to get the ring but the voice is not heared on either of the side.

Since this is a rural area, people are not aware whom to contact for this issue immediately as the contact substance itself is failed.

Please do check with the concerned department to take a necessary action by doing a health check of the connection from the junction box to avoid multiple disconnections in future.
