I am a coustomer of BSNL mobile prepaid since about six years. I want to submit a complain that, in 12/12 at 05:29PM a got message from 55678030 indicating that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore Pack from Handygo at 12/12 05:29PM for Rs30 vaild till 11/01." But i did subscribe any such service.

Without any information or any request Rs30 is deducted from my balance. I want to get back the balance as soon as possible. In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL coustomer care. My complain No is L12AS204986.
