Unknown deduction of money

Dear Sir

The BSNL number 9496723396 (BSNL < Kerala) is in of women power scheme, used by my wife. Please look in to the many comp[laints registered through your customer care centre regarding unwanted SMS (like wap activation, hot pic download etc.) followed by deducting of money from the account

Please note that we have never activated or requested for any such cases. So this unwanted money deduction may be stopped immediately or else we are moving ahead with recovery procedures.

Also, we feel that the complaints are not considered as these were registered by women and taken it as granted and ignores. Also please note that we were compelled to use this forum due to ineffective response from your staff.(for example please check what happened to complaint no. J04KL572812 dtd 04 Oct 11 which is informed to us through SMS)
