Unsubscribing the bikini babes service

Sir, i have make complaints to customer care 2 times regarding cancelling the subscription of indiatimes bikinibabes on my phone no. 9468656076. nmy complaint docket no. is L25HR2487908 on dec. 25. but they r not taking care of it. they daily cut 5 rs. from my balance . this is going on for 4 days. please unsbscribe this service.
