Non receipt of Security Money

I Mr. Pranabesh Ray of Abhirampur 1st Lane, P.O- Mokdumpur, Dist-Malda was a subscriber of Land Line telephone under your Telecom Exchange vide no.-03512-258763.

Due to some personal problem I have surrendered my telephone on 27/01, at the time of surrender my telephone through a verbal discussion with Accounts department I have came jto know that my refundable amount will be Rs.2160/- which will be re embers within 3 to 4 months from the date of surrender of Telephone.

But it is a matter of deep regret that till today I haven't receive the refundable security amount and from last 4 months after a long harassment from your side I am writing this letter/complain to you.

I have already given this complain two times to the GM, Malda Telecom Exchange vide dated 17/10 and 01/12, regretfully I haven't got any response from your end.
