My customer id is 4003628998 and account number is 9018613501... at my home more than 1 month don, t have dial tone i have complaints several times in 198 but no any response from BSNL... then today i complaint to 1500.. he said he will forward my complaint... more than 2 year i had same complaint, cant use telephone . but i getting bill as i using the phone even telephone are death, please take action in my complaint... 44925
