Unnecessary deduction of my balance

My bsnl wll land line number is 05222090717, and the problem is that every month rs250/- are deducted from my main balance without any specified reason. and whenever i asked to check my services the officers in the telephone exchange told me that no as such service is activated on my number.

i am facing this problem from the last six months.

so i kindly request you to sort out my this problem
