Day light robbery from pre paid service

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 94439 52455. BSNL is engaged in the business of robbing money from my prepaid services. Every week they steal Rs. from my prepaid, hard earned money, Rs. 20. in the name of continuing AYYAPA PACK & HOT PACK, which I am totally unaware of. BSNL Robbers should stop such stealing instead they can beg on the streets. This is unethical and I dont know how to stop this.
